The Water in Rio is so Polluted that 2016 Olympians Fear Disease

Well, this is a concerning article. Particularly for Dream and I who are planning to travel to Rio in November. According to the AP:

[An analysis of] water quality revealed dangerously high levels of viruses and bacteria from human sewage in Olympic and Paralympic venues — results that alarmed international experts and dismayed competitors training in Rio, some of whom have already fallen ill with fevers, vomiting, and diarrhea.

Here’s hoping they get this cleaned up. Not just for the Olympians, but for the sake of their own people.
